Authentic Franconian Brats

We produce outstandingly authentic Northern Bavarian, i.e. Franconian, brats, using imported spices, and a recipe from a retired butcher in Herzogenaurach.

For now, we produce small batches in a licensed kitchen.
For larger quantities, we collaborate with a sausage producer in Southern California.

Depending on interest, we have investors waiting to install a production facility in the Bay.

Herzogenaurach, where we got our recipe from, is famous for being the origin of adidas and Puma, close to Nuremberg in Northern Bavaria, a region called Franconia.
